During the summer months, everything revolves around our rooftop. But as soon as the season changes, Bar Bley reopens its doors. Starting in September, you’re welcome back for surprising dishes, creative cocktails, and the unique Bley atmosphere that has become a staple of The Hague.
Bar Bley is more than just a restaurant. It’s our living room, a gathering place, and a hub for everything happening in and around Bleyenberg. Think shared dining with friends, a cozy drink with colleagues, or a spontaneous evening out with a view of the Grote Markt.
The Rooftop Bar reopens its doors with the first rays of sunshine, right around mid-April every year!

Bar Bley is located on the ground floor of Bleyenberg, on the Grote Markt. It’s easily accessible by tram, bike, or on foot. It’s the perfect spot if you’re heading into town, want to warm up after a rooftop session, or just feel like having a good chat at the bar.
